How quickly can you onboard our portfolio?
In most cases, we can have a crew on-site within 48 to 72 hours of confirming your agreement. For urgent situations such as an immediate move-out backlog, same-day or next-day deployment may be available depending on your location. We prioritize fast onboarding for new partners.
What agreement options do you offer?
We offer three agreement structures: per-unit on-demand pricing, recurring monthly service agreements, and portfolio-wide contracts. Recurring partners receive preferred per-unit rates, dedicated scheduling priority, and a dedicated account manager. We don't require long-term lock-in. We earn continued business through results.
Can you service our entire portfolio across multiple Ohio locations?
Yes. We currently serve property management companies with properties across Columbus, Delaware, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Dayton and we're expanding. We deploy dedicated crews per property and can coordinate multi-property operations simultaneously. If you manage a portfolio across multiple Ohio markets, we structure our service to match your geographic footprint.
What's included in your quality control process?
Every job follows a comprehensive cleaning checklist tailored to multifamily standards. We conduct a final walkthrough after each unit before marking it complete. Our goal is that every unit passes property inspection on the first try. No re-cleans, no callbacks.
Do you serve properties outside of Ohio?
Currently, we serve Ohio, covering Columbus, Delaware, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Dayton. If you manage properties in other areas, reach out and we'll let you know about our expansion plans.
How is your pricing structured?
Our pricing is based on unit size, service type, condition, and portfolio volume. We offer transparent per-unit flat rates: Standard Turn: 1 bed from $70 | 2 bed from $90 | 3 bed from $125. Premium / Deep Clean: 1 bed from $130 | 2 bed from $180 | 3 bed from $260. Portfolio partners with recurring agreements receive volume discounts and fixed-rate billing. Rates adjust based on unit condition at time of service. We provide a detailed proposal with no hidden charges.
