What agreement options do you offer?
We offer three agreement structures: per-unit on-demand pricing, recurring monthly service agreements, and portfolio-wide contracts. Recurring partners receive preferred per-unit rates, dedicated scheduling priority, and a dedicated account manager. We don't require long-term lock-in — we earn continued business through results.
Can you service our entire portfolio across multiple Ohio locations?
Yes. We currently serve property management companies with properties across Columbus, Delaware, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Dayton — and we're expanding. We deploy dedicated crews per property and can coordinate multi-property operations simultaneously. How is your pricing structured?
Our pricing is based on unit size, service type, condition, and portfolio volume. We offer transparent per-unit flat rates: Standard Turn — 1 bed from $70 | 2 bed from $90 | 3 bed from $125. Premium / Deep Clean — 1 bed from $130 | 2 bed from $180 | 3 bed from $260. Portfolio partners with recurring agreements receive volume discounts and fixed-rate billing. Rates adjust based on unit condition at time of service. We provide a detailed proposal with no hidden charges.
